YES! As Floridians, we’re used to a little bit of rain, though we prefer sunshine! We are a rain-or-shine festival unless public safety is at risk.
If alerted by the City of a threat of lightning or extreme weather, all activity needs to be halted, and everyone associated with the event (visitors, band, production crew, vendors, etc.) should seek shelter in a building or personal vehicle. While we’ve had a few chilly years, the trend is sunny and hot with occasional brief rain showers, so come prepared! Pack a reusable water bottle, hydration packets, sunscreen, a hand fan, sunglasses, a hat, and a small umbrella to stay cool, dry, and comfortable throughout the day.
