Notice of Filming and Photography:
Please be advised that photography, audio, and video recording will take place during the 2025 Chain of Parks Art Festival. Visitors entering the Festival may appear in the videos and pictures. By entering the Festival, you grant LeMoyne Arts and Chain of Parks Art Festival the right to film or photograph you and record your voice and to use these materials without compensation, and you release LeMoyne Arts and Chain of Parks Art Festival and its affiliates from all liability in connection therein.
Please note: The City of Tallahassee does not allow drones to be flown above the Festival without permission and a permit ahead of time.

The VIP Experience and Behind The Scenes sections of the Festival are not open to the general public. You must have a Festival entry wristband or name badge to enter these areas.
Free Speech Zone:

We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment at our Festival for all attendees and vendors. To ensure a safe and respectful space for all participants, we have designated a Free Speech Zone at the Chalk Art Oasis entrance (the corner of Calhoun & Call St.) for individuals to express their opinions, ideas, and perspectives while maintaining a positive atmosphere for all.

Respectful Communication: Please engage in conversations in a manner that respects the dignity and safety of all individuals. Harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Thank you for helping us ensure that everyone feels welcome to enjoy this beloved annual event.

No Outside Solicitation: We do not allow outside polling, surveys, or commercial solicitation at our Festival. If you are observed inappropriately interacting with visitors, Festival organizers or the Tallahassee Police Department will politely ask that you leave or move to the Free Speech Zone, which is intended for the exchange of ideas and community conversations.
